Here is the trick:

1. First, go to Yahoo Mail and sign in.
2. Go to Options and select your Account Information.
3. Then, click on Edit Member Information
4. Under the Preferred Content option, change it to Yahoo - United Kingdom & Ireland
5. Save all your options.
6. Go back to your Yahoo! Mail Inbox and you will see “IT’S THE NEW YAHOO! MAIL BETA… AND YOU’RE INVITED.“
7. Click on “Try Beta Now“
